1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders.


2. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • USA: 7–10 business days
  • UK: 7–18 business days
  • Canada: 7–18 business days
  • Australia: 7–18 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods.


3. Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier picks up your package.


4. Can my order arrive in multiple packages?

Yes. Depending on the size of your order or the products ordered, items may be shipped separately. If this happens, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.


5. Do you offer expedited shipping?

No we dont.


6. Which carriers do you use?

We work with trusted shipping carriers such as:

  • USPS Priority Mail

For oversized or heavy items, freight carriers may be used.


7. What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

shipping and processing times may experience slight delays.


11. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


12. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
