You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received — including all tags, inserts, and accessories.
- Returns beyond 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact Us First: Email LuxuryLighty.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
- Receive Instructions: Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the correct return address and instructions.
- Prepare Your Parcel: Repack the item securely in its original packaging and remove old shipping labels.
- Ship Your Return: For non-quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email within 3–5 business days to confirm whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.) within 1–7 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If your return is not eligible, we’ll notify you and may send the item back to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please contact us at contact@luxurylighty.com with your order number and the details of your request. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, our team will provide suitable alternatives and assist you with the exchange process.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Quality Issues or Defects
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, Luxurylighty.com, will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Items Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to courier handling, please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us immediately at contact@luxurylight.com. Our team will assist in arranging compensation or a replacement based on the situation.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still be returned after delivery under this policy.
9. Shipping Costs
- For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For faulty or incorrect items, Humtto UK will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
